CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: If less than 24 hours notice to your appointment time is given 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card. Any NO SHOW or less than 1 hour notice to cancel, will result in 99% fee of the scheduled service charged to your card. We understand life happens and we will take accidents/emergencies case by case. All appointment arrivals are marked in the booking system for everyone’s accountability. If 3 or more appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice in one year, You will be required to pay 50% deposit before booking any future appointments. Return/Refund Policy: Products purchased can be returned within 7 days for a refund, or returned within 7 days if used or opened for an exchange or in-store credit. If you don't love your hair when you leave, please let us know as soon as possible but no more than 7 days and we can adjust it for you. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
